CO-OWNER / Erin has 15 years of industry experience including extensive training by Summit Salon and positions as Director of L‘Oréal Elite Salons in Potomac and then Georgetown — where she met Marco. Beauty is her passion. Erin loves to work closely with the team, ensuring they are inspired to learn and continuously grow. CO-OWNER / Marco is a Master Stylist from Milan with 25 years of experience. After beauty school in Milan he moved London to attend Vidal Sassoon Academy and then worked at Tony & Guy. Now in the US for 15 years, he has a loyal & large clientele thanks to his skill set. He’s a true color specialist, including Foilayage, Balayage and Babylights. He worked NYFW 2017, performs at hair shows, and also works in LA at celebrity stylist Michael Canale’s salon. Marco previously co-owned the Ritz Carlton location Roche Salon for 8 years. @MFERRARIHAIR

Originally from the Virgin Islands, Adissa has been behind the chair for 3 years where she brings the beauty of art through painting. Adissa knew she wanted to spend her life beautifying her clients - helping them feel inspired and confident. She trained under Ian McCabe for 2 years before becoming a colorist at Ian McCabe Studio Union Market where she previously worked. When she’s not at the salon, you can find her enjoying time with friends and family…especially somewhere warm. @COLORBYADISSA

Born in France, Alex grew up in Paris and Madagascar. He completed his hairdressing apprenticeship in Paris and spent 20 years as a top hairdresser at a world-renowned salon catering to diplomats, the social elite and celebrities. In 1999 Alex relocated to DC. Alex specializes in precision hair cutting, creative updos, highlights and color. He was one of the first DC-based professionals to practice the balayage technique. With an extremely loyal clientele, Alex is regarded as one of the area’s top hair design professionals.

Alex is the former owner of Alex Provenzano Salon. He is a twenty year veteran of the Washington, D.C. beauty scene and a sought-after stylist for both men's and women's precision hair cuts and styles.

Growing up in the hair industry, I have gained first hand experience from my mother who has been a hairstylist for over 20 years. Being directly involved in the life of hairstylists, I developed a passion for cutting and coloring hair. I like to create more lived in color, cuts, & style. From a very young age, Ileana had a passion and curiosity for hair. As she grew older, her passion for hair grew bigger which led her to pursue her cosmetology journey right after high school. Ileana thoroughly enjoys styling, however, her main focus and passion lies with coloring. On top of her enthusiasm for hair, it’s also very imperative that her clients are happy. Originally from Baltimore, Sammi worked at a high end salon for 7 years where she established herself as a colorist, stylist and keratin professional. She moved to DC to work alongside and perfect her balayage/ coloring skills at Ian McCabe. Sammi throws herself into constant education to be able to give you the best coloring service and experience. Sarah’s core training was in London with 25+ years in the business, 10 years of which were as a platform stylist/educator performing on stage instruction in venues across Europe, US and Japan. Stephan is a Master Stylist with 38 years of experience. He first worked as a barber for 5 years, and then attended Pivot Point Academy one of the best beauty academy’s in the country at the time. While in school he assisted at two of the best salons in Chicago, John lanzendorph and Vidal Sasoon. Afterwards, he did advanced training at Sassoon Toronto and Tony & Guy. carla elfman
Originally from Milan, Carla grew up around her mother’s hair salon. However, at a young age she knew skin and makeup was her calling. This led her to work in London, and then to the US to become a partner with Salon Roi and Anne Martin where she would have many high profile and celebrity clients. Carla later worked at Christope Salon for 10 years, and now she is our in-house Esthetician and Brow Specialist. She trains annually with Guinot products, which she has been using for many years.
